  • Report any discriminatory behaviour or practices observed in the workplace.

 

6. Implementation

6.1 Training and Awareness

  • Regular EDI training will be provided to all employees.

  • New employees will receive EDI training as part of their induction process.

6.2 Monitoring and Review

  • The effectiveness of this policy will be monitored and reviewed annually.

  • Feedback from employees and clients will be sought and considered during reviews.

6.3 Reporting and Addressing Issues

7. Breaches of the Policy
